How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Open your device’s subscription settings and select the app to cancel your subscription.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. To request a refund, please contact Apple or Google directly through your account’s purchase history.

Why can’t the app find a product?

Our database is continuously expanding. If a product isn’t recognized, you can submit it for review.

How do I delete my account?

Contact support and we will permanently delete your account and associated data.
